This page is a coming-soon page. There is no account to make, nothing to sign in to, and no part of dancersdna behind it. All it does is let you ask a question and, if you want, leave a way to reply.

What we keep, and why

Your question. So we can read it and answer it. Please don't put anything sensitive in it — this is a contact box, not a secure form.
Your email address, if you leave one. Used only for the reason you gave it. If you asked a question, we use it to answer you and for nothing else. If you asked to be told when dancersdna opens, we use it once, for that one email, and then it goes. It is not a mailing list, and asking a question does not put you on one.
Nothing else. No account, no tracking, no advertising, no profile.

If you chose “no reply”

We won't write back. That is a promise about replying, not a promise of anonymity — our host records the internet address of every visit, the way every website does, and people often say who they are inside the question itself.

Who else sees it

Our mailbox is iCloud+, run by Apple, so your question sits in Apple's systems like any email. This page is hosted by GitHub (a US company), whose servers see your internet address when the page loads.

When you press send, your question goes to dancersdna's own server, which turns it straight into an email and keeps no copy of it — there is no database of questions anywhere. That email is delivered by Resend, our mail provider, from its European servers. Apple and GitHub are US companies, so this information can be handled outside Europe.

If you leave an Instagram handle, our reply happens on Instagram, which means it sits in Meta's systems and their terms apply to it. We only ever reply to the exact handle you type.

How long

If you left contact details, we delete them within 90 days of replying — or of deciding not to. Anything still sitting unanswered after six months is deleted or stripped of anything identifying. If you asked to hear about the launch, your address goes once that email is sent.

If you're under 16

Please ask a parent or guardian to write to us instead.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted — write to hello@dancersdna.com and we will answer within one month. If you leave an email only to hear about the launch, you can change your mind at any time and we will remove it; every email we send will say how.

If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus — dataprotection.gov.cy.

This notice covers this page only. When dancersdna opens, signing up will have its own notice covering accounts, CVs and career records — none of which exist here.
